Carvory Support
Use the Support entry inside Carvory to send a request. Include your app version, iOS version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not include payment-card details, passwords, or unnecessary personal information.
Anonymous Login
Carvory uses anonymous quick login stored on your device. It does not use a password and does not offer account recovery. If local login data is removed, Carvory cannot recover it.
Ski Days and Photos
Ski Day entries and selected photos are designed to remain on your device. Check iOS photo permissions if you cannot select a photo. Deleting the app, deleting your account, or clearing local storage may permanently remove your private journal data.
Profile Photo and Voice Highlight
Open Profile → Edit profile to change your display name or choose a profile image from Photos or Camera. In Add Ski Day, tap Dictate beside Highlight to request Microphone and Speech Recognition access. If a permission was denied, open the iOS Settings app, find Carvory, and enable the related permission.
Activity Charges
Discover activities marked Platform Sample are prototype mock listings, not live bookings. The confirmation sheet shows the Trail Stamp cost before joining. The joined state is stored locally and the same activity should not be charged twice.
Trail Stamp Purchases
Trail Stamps are consumable virtual points purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. If payment succeeds but the balance is not immediately delivered, keep the app installed and reopen it while connected to the internet so Apple’s unfinished transaction can be processed.
Consumable Trail Stamps do not use a Restore Purchases button. For billing, receipt, or refund requests, use Apple’s official purchase support. Carvory cannot access your full payment-card information.
Report, Block, and Filter
Applicable content items provide three safety controls:
- Report sends a safety concern for review.
- Block hides content from a selected source.
- Filter adjusts the content categories you want to see.
Use Report for unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content. Do not submit false or repetitive reports. Carvory does not provide public posting, comments, following, or direct messaging.
Delete Account
Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm deletion. This clears local login state, Ski Day history, locally referenced photos, content preferences, Trail Stamp balance, and purchase-related local state. Deletion is permanent and Carvory cannot restore this local data.
